An art house located in the heart of Naples, owned by the gallery owner of “Le 4 Pareti”. Located in the famous Spanish neighborhoods, a few steps from the central via Chiaia.
The apartment is large, with high ceilings and exposed beams. 3 bathrooms 2 with showers, and 1 with bathtub; a laundry room; a very decorated kitchen leaving; the stylish library, place of study and work; a lounge overlooking Vico Santa Teresella, in front of the Nennella pizzeria, where you can enjoy pizzas and croquet at all hours of the day and night.
4P Casa will also shortly be a few meters from the metro line 6 which will inaugurate the stations of Piazza Santa Maria degli Angeli and Via Chiaia a few meters from home, but already close to the Municipio station.
Equidistant from the sea and the historic center. Strategic starting point to reach the station, the airport and the port of Naples for excursions to Pompei, along the coast or on the islands, up to the Campi Flegrei.
